We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible, and most fully in-stock orders ship within 1 business day of receipt. While such prompt shipment is not always possible, essentially all fully in-stock orders ship within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Be sure to include any applicable apartment numbers, as well as zip or postal codes that are appropriate for the shipping destinations. We are not responsible for shipping and handling charges associated with shipments that are returned by carriers due to the provision of inaccurate or incomplete addresses.

Orders are subject to a shipping & handling charge. We make every effort to keep this additional cost as low as possible. The shipping & handling charge is calculated based on the total price of the merchandise in the order.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge as indicated below. Express orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET on business days are shipped the same day. Express orders placed after that time are shipped the next business day. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays in the United States. Major holidays include: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Express shipping delivery times are expressed as business days. For example, assuming the absence of major holidays from order placement through delivery, the delivery of an order placed for 3-Day Delivery before 2:00 p.m. ET on a Thursday should be expected on the following Tuesday. Please be aware that deliveries may occur as late as the conclusion of the carrier’s delivery day in the delivery locality, which may extend into the evening. We are not responsible for delivery delays that are indicated by carriers to result from severe weather conditions, natural disasters or other emergency situations.

For shipments beyond the United States, we are not responsible for delays clearing customs, which may increase time in transit. Brokerage fees, customs duties, import levies, taxes or similar charges may be imposed upon shipments beyond the United States and are the responsibility of the recipient. Such charges are typically collected upon delivery.

All orders are shipped from Milton, Vermont. Standard delivery time from Milton for domestic orders is generally 1-6 business days from the date of shipment.
